QotD: I Can't Believe I Ate This
What's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?

In 7th grade biology class the teacher took live maggots and fried them up in a skillet (with a bunson burner no less) and served 'em to the class. It was optional but most of us 'men' ate them. It was cool because she put the moggots on the over head projector screen so you could see them moving around before they went into the skillet.
PETA would probably get mad over this nowadays.... but this was back in 1983.
